Gatto Industrial Platers, Inc. was founded in 1974 and focused upon zinc plating and as technology progressed, zinc nickel platting, and most recently Aluminum Chromating. Gatto is one of the largest zinc plating sources in the Midwest. Today, Gatto Industrial Platers, Inc. maintains a modern state-of-the-art 210,000 square foot facility. Our facility is located in the Roosevelt/Cicero corridor of Chicago, conveniently and centrally located to service our customers.

Gatto's continuous improvement process includes building new high production Rack and Barrel plating lines to handle all your needs. We feature a high production rack plating line with a 15-foot capacity to handle any zinc-plating requirement. Our lines can process 300 tons per day. As part of our customer service we offer custom packaging, and local pick up and delivery.

Gatto is dedicated to provide quality zinc and zinc nickel finish, and Aluminum Chromating. Our fully equipped laboratory is utilized for quality assurance and continuous research and development. Our specialty is fast and excellent quality.
